  • The Starter package is designed for SMEs with 50 to 249 employees. Typically, these businesses have little recruitment and development support.
  • The Core packages are designed for SMEs with 250 to 499 staff. While there is HR support, it isn't keeping up with organisational growth. 
  • The Complete package is ideal for larger businesses with more than 500 employees that includes hiring and training systems for executive and top level managers.

Absolutely! We will review your employee recruitment and development needs together every 6 months and make any adjustments as needed. 

We offer both in-person and virtual training sessions for busy managers.

Upon enrollment in one of our packages, we will assign a Progress expert to support your managers or HR teams with consulting, training, and coaching in using the Progress systems. 

All packages have a 12-month fixed commitment. We will roll out the assessment and development plans over the course of 12 months, so your organisation get the best long-term benefit of the Progress system.
